My stay at Grand Mumtaz Resorts was genuinely good, surrounded by beautiful snow-covered mountains. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. However, the room service prices felt a bit high, which was a downside. Overall, I would totally recommend this resort for families and anyone looking for a cozy getaway.

I had an very nice stay at Grand Mumtaz Resorts in Gulmarg. the amazing views from my room were truly lovely. The staff, especially Nazir at the front desk, were extremely helpful in choosing our room. While I found the restaurant service polite and the food delicious, some aspects of the facilities could be improved upon. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gulmarg.
